Welcome to the Town of Greenville’s Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Program web site.  Effective September 1, 2004, more stringent stormwater management and erosion control rules are in effect for all municipalities in Outagamie County.  This web site contains the latest information about the program and will provide the tools and resources needed to help builders and property owners comply with the regulations.
